Hi! Iām Lucy, a trauma-informed somatic coach, registered nurse since 2015, and creator of EmpowerHER. My coaching practice is built on a foundation of both clinical and emotional expertise, integrating my background in ICU, oncology, and plastic surgery with somatic tools and trauma-informed modalities.
I hold board certification as a Nurse Coach and am currently deepening my work through accredited Practitioner training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). As a lifelong learner, Iām passionate about growth, healing, and creating spaces where women can return to themselves fully and unapologetically.
